Hi, I'm Kristen, the founder of Crumble & Flake. In 2009, I discovered my passion for baking while making homemade chocolate chip cookies (mamaw's secret recipe) in my grandmother's kitchen. After that, I became obsessed. Fast-forward five years to 2014, I opened up my own bakehouse in Nashville, TN.

It's been a wild ride since then, but I'm proud to say Crumble & Flake is not only still going strong, but it's the top-rated bakery in Nashville! I would like to personally thank you for sharing my vision and making Crumble & Flake what it is today. I would absolutely love for you to pop in for a sweet treat or just to say "hey" if you are ever Downtown!
